Are you a risk-taker or are you risk-averse? The nature of high growth business means you’ll need to take risks at some point, and some big ones at that.
Brighton Chamber’s next High Growth Entrepreneur event is all about taking risks. The panel of experts have been there and still wear the t-shirts. They will share their experiences, how they’ve tackled risks head-on and whether their decisions were the right ones at the time.
It’s on 21 November, 5pm-7pm at Hotel Du Vin
They’ll look at these key points:
How the risk grows the longer you’re in business (you have much more to lose than when you’re starting out)
Employing people and the associated risks - letting go and reducing the control you have
When a lack of focus poses a risk
Supply chain risks
Having a strong brand personality
Staying on the right side of risk
Building risk into your growth plans
How do you quantify the risks you take?
