Brighton’s Madgex is officially a ‘great place to work’

Madgex has been recognised by Great Places to Work as one of the best workplaces in the UK.

The leading technology provider was ranked 20th in the medium category, (organisations with 50-499 employees) in the annual Best Workplaces awards.

The awards are run by Great Place to Work UK, which is a consultancy specialising in workplace culture and enhancement. Each year they survey around 12 million employees, across more than 7,000 organisations using its Trust Index Employee Survey. In addition, they carry out a Culture Audit, which looks at each company’s values, programmes and practices.

This is the fourth consecutive year Madgex has been neamed, which is testament to their creative and effective HR policies that help foster a positive workplace culture. This year the competition was tougher than ever, with the likes of PayPal, Lindt, Renault UK and Twinings in the same category.

Hannah Smith HR director at Madgex said: “We’re honoured to be in the Great Place to Work list among some of the UK’s most impressive companies. We’ve worked incredibly hard to maintain a focus on providing every employee with a great place to work and pride ourselves that it’s core to our strategy and our growth. “We couldn’t do this without our talented and dedicated Madgexian’s – the team is amazing!”

Tom O’Byrne Great Place to Work CEO said they were “delighted” to see Madgex on their Best Workplaces list once again. “It is a validation of the strength of their leadership and their commitment to creating the kind of culture that attracts and retains the best talent, and where people have pride in what they do and want to do their best,” he said. “It is no coincidence that high trust organisations like Madgex also tend to perform better than their peers.”
