Brighton digital design consultancy Clearleft announced a 40% growth in turnover and the appointment of three new staff members this week.
Senior BBC research manager, Ant Miller, joins Clearleft as its first head of new business and customer relationships, Sophie Davies-Patrick takes on the newly created role of director of operations and Graham Smith joins the front-end development team.
Andy Budd, founder and MD at Clearleft says: “I'm very suspicious about growth for the sake of it. However, we've found ourselves turning down so many great projects it felt silly not to expand. Hence, we've bought in Ant Miller to help take those new business opportunities forward, along with a long-term friend of Clearleft, Sophie Davies-Patrick, to ensure we maintain our great culture and focus on quality as we grow the company sustainably.”
