On Saturday 23rd June from 11am to 3pm at the College’s Central Campus on Pelham Street in Brighton’s North Laine, City College Brighton and Hove is hosting a Summer Open Day Extravaganza to provide local people with a flavour of everything the College has to offer.
The event will mark the launch of a new adult prospectus featuring over 300 courses including essential professional qualifications alongside leisure courses.
On offer will be course taster sessions for Year 10 students, a free bouncy castle and games for kids and the chance to see the College’s perennially popular End of Year Art & Design Show featuring Brighton and Hove’s best up-and-coming creative talent. Visitors who are interested in any of the College’s full or part time courses will be able to speak to tutors and get a taste of College life.
Principal Phil Frier said, “This event is all about capturing the vibrant, friendly atmosphere of the College and letting visitors know all about the life-changing learning opportunities we offer. “We pride ourselves on being at the heart of the community and this event is being held very much in that spirit.”
