ECONOMIC PARTNERSHIP COMMENT
Brian Oxley is one of the most diligent and committed councillors that the city has ever had. Universally respected by all parties, he has been an exemplary ward councillor for 16 years and was leader of the Conservative Group in 2007.
He will be missed.
