The Business Forum in partnership with Creative Development is offering free NVQ courses for staff in customer service or business administration roles.
This is a great opportunity to build moral and encourage self improvement among staff members. It is also a way of showing loyalty to staff and will bring rewards in the shape of returned loyalty and dedication.
The NVQ Level 2 qualification course will be run over 6 months in the workplace fully funded by City and Guilds in either Customer Service or Business and Administration
The course will take the form of training, workshops, registration and certification and will lead to a NVQ Level 2 qualification. The programme will be delivered by Creative Development in your own workplace. The funding is available to any small business with fewer than 500 employees.
