The American Express Community Stadium is now actively recruiting to fill hundreds of catering positions created to run the seven kitchens and other back of house areas, working alongside Head Chef Fred Tobin.
All grades of chefs, logistics porters, kitchen porters and goods receiving porters will be needed to work in the seven kitchens and other back of house areas in the stadium, providing superb catering for matchday hospitality and a huge range of non-matchday events, from trade fairs and conferences to weddings and private parties.
Head Chef at the Stadium is Fred Tobin, whose star-studded career includes posts at the Dorchester Hotel in Park Lane, Harrods in Knightsbridge and The Grove in Rickmansworth, winning many rosettes and accolades along the way.
