The SO SUSSEX Team challenge is a charitable team building event with up to 10 teams competing against each other outdoors in the South Downs and Ouse Valley area. Business teams are not only invited to enter, but will also benefit from a marketing and public relations plan to promote their participation to stakeholders.
The Challenge has been developed in partnership with Really Responsible Team Training and a group of outdoor specialsits that have been carefuly brought together to give an expert insight on how employees can perform better, both during the event and also back in the workplace.
Participants will face challenges such as problem solving, forest/woodland skills, rowing, mountain biking, running, frisbee, golf - and one additional and rather special surprise activity! During the event each team will be assessed by experienced facilitators providing feedback and insights into their performance.
This event is being supported by VisitBrighton, South Downs National Park Authority and a number of other local businesses. A marketing and PR plan will be in place to help teams promote their participation in the event, which will also directly support at least two charities.
Businesses are now invited to express an interest in The Team Challenge which will be taking place in late May. If you are interested, organisers will be delighted to meet and explain more about the event and how it can benefit your business.
