British Bookshops warehouse on the market

A car showroom and a wholesale cash-and-carry have expressed an interest in occupying Unit 6 on Hollignbury Industrial Estate - the warehouse which will be vacated by British Bookshops on the 24th March.

The site is leased from Brighton & Hove City Council by Easons of Ireland - Ireland's largest bookseller - for a peppercorn rent. A spokesperson for commercial agents Graves Son & Pilcher, which is marketing the site, highlighted its close proximity to the A27 and A23 as a major benefit.
