Staff from the Royal Sussex County Hospital (RSCH) planning team will be at World Food Market on Saturday 25 September to talk about the health benefits of a new and improved hospital and its facilities.
In any healthcare setting good nutrition is one of the key building blocks for good health. Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals (BSUH) aim to encourage and help patients to balance their diet, match their eating to their activity levels and enjoy their food.
The ongoing plans to redevelop the Royal Sussex County Hospital will significantly improve services for patients including some food retail outlets. (See earlier story in Knowledgebase: "New designs for £400m redevelopment of RSCH" dated 21 March 2010). The hospital planners would like to know what you think by coming to the World Food Market on Saturday 25th.
A press release about the redevelopment plans, containing full contact details for RSCH, can be downloaded by clicking on the link below. Or visit the website: http://www.bsuh.nhs.uk/3Ts
The Market will be held on Hove Lawns on Saturday and Sunday 25 and 26 September near to the Peace Statue, and RSCH planners will be in the main marquee (on the Saturday only), which is sponsored by the Hove Business Partnership.
