MADE10 – Brighton’s Design and Craft Fair returns to the Corn Exchange in the heart of Brighton’s Cultural Quarter, offering the public the opportunity to buy original and exceptional design and craft direct from the best local and national designers.
Now in its fifth year MADE10 has become firmly established as a friendly, accessible and high quality arts event, attracting over 5000 visitors each year who delight at the quality and extensive range of work.
MADE10 will showcase over 100 contemporary and highly original makers and designers across all media. From colourful glassware to the softest knitted textiles, elegant ceramics to dazzling jewellery, this is the perfect opportunity for visitors to view and buy unique pieces in a friendly and informal atmosphere. Work is priced between £20 and £1500.
A cafe provides a place for visitors to relax with a drink and a bite to eat and contemplate purchases.
The Fair runs from 19-21 November and tickets cost £6pp, with under 14s and full details are available at www.made10.co.uk
The event is sponsored by Coast Magazine who has launched a seaside poster competition for its readers. All entries must be original artworks on paper and include the name of a coastal resort in the design. Winning entries will revealed in the November issue of Coast Magazine and will also be exhibited in the foyer at MADE10.
