There is a lot going on in the west of the city over the coming weeks; a Festival of Shopping, The Brighton & Hove Business Show, marketing opportunities, networking meetings, website launches and even a game of croquet (well, it is Hove after all).
The spring edition of the Hove Business News is packed full of the latest buzz on all things Hove.
During April the city will host its inaugural Shopping Festival. With special offers and prizes up for grabs, hundreds of stores across the city are taking part in what’s been described as,’Brighton & Hove’s first ever shopping bonanza’.
April is also the month for the next Brighton & Hove Business Show. There’s a great line up of talks, exhibitors and activity planned for the day-long event, with the BBCs Dragon’s Den dropping in to film pitches for online presentations to the dragon’s themselves.
Hove Business Association keeps us up to date with their activity and invites businesses to a fresh new line up of events, and VisitBrighton tell us about plans to market Hove to London. There’s even an opportunity for businesses to book their place in this year’s Shopping and Eating Guide, making sure that your shop, bar or restaurant is advertised to over 100,000 people across eight counties in the South East.
There’s also exciting news about the launch of a brand new website aimed at helping SMEs reduce the amount of waste they send to landfill, thereby helping the city to achieve its aims to lower its carbon footprint.
