The Brighton Art Fair celebrates its sixth year in Brighton's Corn Exchange, showcasing all forms of artwork, representing over 150 selected individuals and artist groups.
The Art Fair provides an opportunity for the artist and the buyer to get together in an informal atmosphere, where the artists get a valuable insight into what people see and like in their work. For the buyer, meeting and talking to the artist can be fun and a great way of learning more about art and artists motivations, intentions and techniques.
The Brighton Art Fair showcases affordable artwork (mostly between £50 and £1500) from a selection of the UK’s most talented painters, printmakers, photographers and sculptors, as well as artist groups and Sussex based galleries.
This year the Fair is open from Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th October and tickets are available on the door at £5 per person (children under 14 free) or in advance on-line. Advance tickets cost £4.50 but there is a booking fee. Private View tickets for Thursday, 1st October are also available on-line. An exhibitor catalogue is included in the ticket price.
