Preparing for the Upturn: Economic Partnership business lunch.
On Wednesday (Sept 16th ) the Brighton & Hove Economic Partnership (BHEP) will be discussing what the city needs to do to be ready to capitalise on the end of the recession with over 90 business people in the newly refurbished Queensbury House in Queens Road.
David Hill - owner of Queensbury House - is hosting the event which will also showcase the £3m refurbishment of the 30,000 sq foot office block just two minutes from Brighton Station. Chair of BHEP - Simon Fanshawe will lead the discussion with contributions from Dermot Finch, Director of think tank Centre for Cities and Chris Webber – the author of the Centre for Cities report on Brighton published in February. The newly appointed Chief Executive of Brighton & Hove City Council – John Barradell – will also be attending although he does not officially start in his new post until October.
