Queen’s Road to get 30,000 sq ft of Grade A office space

Queensbury House in Queen’s Rd, just one minute from the railway station, is undergoing complete refurbishment and extension before being placed on the market to provide much needed office accommodation in the city centre.

The works are expected to be complete by the end of July. New energy-efficient air conditioning, double-glazing and raised floors will bring the 1960s building into the 21st Century.

The DDA compliant building is arranged over six floors, five of which offer about 5,000 sq feet each and a sixth offers a pent-house office suite of about 1000 sq feet. Tesco has taken the retail space on the ground floor.

Queensbury House will be hosting a Brighton & Hove Economic Partnership lunch for business people to discuss the economy and the upturn in September.
