Free Sustainable Business Programme
PLATO: Sustain (a two-year business and personal development programme targeted at senior managers in small and medium-sized companies) has been described as 'an MBA without the books’. Its host companies include Rolls Royce, IBM, SONY and Ordnance Survey. Now it is available to businesses in Brighton & Hove.
It is a development programme based on peer group learning, which is designed to support and encourage the best from its participants, steer them towards adopting sustainable policies and drive participants towards finding new business opportunities. It is FREE to join (worth £3,500 to each participant) for companies employing at least 10 staff or have a turnover of at least £1 million.
