Amex Planning application submitted

American Express has submitted an application to develop the site adjacent and to the north of their existing European headquarters in Edward Street (The Wedding Cake).

Amex propose to demolish existing office accommodation and erect a new office building varying between 5 and 9 floors and two basement floors with new vehicle access off John Street. There will be 106 car parking spaces and 132 cycle parking spaces on the site.
