Brighton & Hove City Council has recently approved the Draft London Road Central Masterplan Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for the purpose of public consultation. The Draft SPD has been informed by earlier stakeholder consultation held in June 2008.
The consultation will run from Tue 26 May to Mon 6 July 2009 with a 3-day drop-in exhibition at the Co-op building taking place between 4 and 6 June 2009 (Thu-Sat).
From Tuesday 26 May 2009, the SPD will be available for viewing and downloading via the council’s web site ( www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/ldf-haveyoursay ).
Copies will also be available for inspection at Jubilee, Hove and Portslade libraries (for details please visit www.citylibraries.info ) and Citydirect at Bartholomew Square, Hove Town Hall and Victoria Road, Portslade (for details please visit www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/index.cfm?request=b1113726 ). Individual copies can also be requested from the council’s Planning Strategy and Projects team by telephoning 01273 292505.
Comments can be posted in the ‘have your say’ board provided during the 3-day drop-in exhibition and/or submitted in writing to Planning Strategy & Projects, Room 407-410, Hove Town Hall, Hove BN3 3ZZ or by email to ldf@brighton-hove.gov.uk by no later than 5pm on Monday 6th July 2009.
