Brighton and Hove are holding an exciting new outdoor event this summer to celebrate the 65th Anniversary of the end of World War II. The Military Show will highlight this landmark in our history and will give local businesses the opportunity to participate in a new event for the city with a military theme.
The event will be held on Hove Lawns and will include displays of Armed Forces vehicles, demonstrations, a Collectors Fair, recruitment opportunities, school project involvement, music and dance entertainment and American wartime style catering provided by www.usoshows.com.
The Military Show will be held on Hove Lawns on Saturday 23 May during the month long Brighton Festival and will be a major attraction for visitors to the city. Local businesses taking part will benefit from a high footfall and are invited to participate, either by taking a stand to promote or sell their associated products or to take advantage of sponsorship opportunities, with packages to suit all budgets.
Collectors of books, stamps, cigarette cards, weapons, badges and 1940s vintage clothes wishing to take part in the Collectors Fair should book early to secure covered space.
