Businesses are being urged to have their say on proposed new licensing enforcement policies being drawn up by Brighton & Hove City Council.
The new draft documents will update the existing policy in line with Government guidance. There have been no major changes and the new policy aims to be business-friendly to help avoid the need for enforcement action wherever possible.
The draft licensing enforcement policy was considered by the council's licensing committee on February 5, and is now open to public consultation. Feedback will be considered by the licensing committee in June 2009.
Please email any comments or suggestions by 1st June 2009 to
