Marina office proposals

Brunswick Developments has submitted a planning application for a new 8,000 sq metre (86,000 sq feet) office complex on the eastern edge of Brighton Marina.

The development would be in two low level blocks and it would include nine luxury flats and two ground floor cafés and shower facilities for surfers. It would be built on a platform secured to the sea bed and part of the beach.

The offices could accommodate 600 people and contribute to the city's need for Grade A office space.
