In these difficult economic times, companies in Brighton & Hove are being urged to register in the city’s official business directory.
The Brighton & Hove Business Directory, reprinted next April, lists the goods and services offered by 5,000 firms, from sole traders to multi-nationals.
Entry is free, quick and simple.
Included in the directory are articles and advice on a range of topics on the local economy, skills, the workforce, sites, premises and where to access business support.
Hard copies of the publication are circulated widely across the city and available free in town halls and libraries.
The current edition is still very much in demand and available to search or download online.
The directory is a collaboration between Burrows and the city council’s economic development team. Cabinet member for enterprise Cllr Ted Kemble said: “These days firms need all the help they can get to generate business – especially if that help is free. The more names that appear in the directory, the more useful it will be.”
