Latest weekly footfall figures for Brighton city centre

Footfall figures from w/c 6th October 2008, available to download here for free, show the weekly count down 1.6% on last weeks figure with a total of 265,950. Although this drop follows the national trend, it does so to a much lesser degree, with the U.K. benchmark down 3.6%.

The data also shows a weekly high of 5,465 shoppers between 3pm and 4pm on Saturday 11th October.

The pdf document is 104kb and gives access to hourly distributions, including a breakdown of the totals for the days of the week and annual performance comparisons dating back to 2006.
