Join Brighton traders in setting up an independent postal service

Businesses in Brighton are fed up with the postal services currently on offer and have decided to take the initiative and set up their own scheme. The scheme is now up and running for parcel post but needs more interest from businesses to launch the letter post service.

In an article last week we outlined the main elements of the project see article entitled ‘Fed up queuing at the Post Office?’. The initiative is being led by the Brighton & Hove Business Forum, the North Laine Taders Association, The Lanes Business Network and the Brighton BID.

City centre manager, Soozie Campbell says, "In order to obtain a licence and to make the service viable it is important that we build critical mass. Interest from one or two large organisations may be enough to secure this so anyone out there who would like to support a good initiative and undercut Royal Mail and Parcel Force services please contact Theo Birch on 0845 226 8556 or via info@bullitcouriers.com."
