Sackville Trading Estate plans

Parkridge Developments have submitted a planning application for the ambitious redevelopment of Sackville Trading Estate in Hove into a mixed use scheme.

The £100m plans for the site - owned by Coal Pension Properties Ltd - include a major retail food outlet, public square, underground car parking, large floorplate retail outlets and 180 residential apartments and some commercial office space.
