Shoplifter banned indefinitely from Brighton
The Brighton & Hove Business Crime Reduction Partnership (BCRP) has succeeded in banning a prolific shoplifter from the city centre for the foreseeable future. Harvey Moses (37 years old and from Hollingbury) has been issued with an anti-social behaviour order with no time limit defined.
The ASBO ensure that Moses is banned from most shops in the city centre. There are currently 250 shops in the BCRP and all of these will be protected from this offender by the ASBO. All members of the BCRP are issued with photos of prolific offenders and will be on the alert to call the police if this man is seen anywhere in the city centre. If you run a shop restaurant café bar or nightclub it is important that you are protected against known offenders and people who have ASBOs. For further information on the BCRP and cutting crime in Brighton contact Lisa Perretta, Business Crime Manager at the Business Forum on 01273 733393 or via lisa.perretta@btconnect.com or click on the link below BCRP
