The City Council has begun the process of considering its housing land supply for the period up to 2026 to inform its Local Development Framework.
The Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) will be a key part of the evidence base to ensure the delivery of sufficient land for housing to meet the city's needs for more homes and will inform the Council's 'Core Strategy' Development Plan Document.
At this stage, Brighton & Hove Council are inviting stakeholders to comment on the proposed methodology for the SHLAA and, where relevant, to supply details of any potential sites to consider for building homes.
