Either way, you could benefit from the South East Women’s Mentoring Network.
The project offers male and female business leaders the chance to receive high quality mentoring training. Whilst women in management, who are struggling to climb higher up the career ladder, can access training and mentoring support designed to help career progression.
This programme is provided to mentees at no financial cost (other than occasional travel requirements to organised events) but it does require the time and commitment of its participants.
To find out more go to www.breakingbarriers.co.uk and click on ‘Become a Mentor’ if you are a Male or Female senior manager, or click on ‘Become a Mentee’ if you are a woman in management facing barriers to career progression. You can also call on:0845 600 9 006.
