Asda car park prior to redevelopment

X Leisure Marina plans close to completion

Explore Living, the house building arm of Laing O’Rourke, are close to launching the final plans for the western quarter of Brighton Marina. The developers have dramatically scaled back the height of the proposed towers.

This development is not to be confused with the Brunswick scheme for the outer harbour which has already received planning consent and includes the 40 storey tower dubbed locally as the Roaring Forties (see earlier stories in Knowledgebase)

The X Leisure plans will be launched on 1st December and Explore Living has produced a newsletter with updates on latest developments.
