The ground floor totalling 13,000 square feet has been taken by printing firm Image XPS which will use the space for a mixture of printing machinery and office accommodation.

The Brighton & Hove Economic Partnership highlighted the issues of the use class restriction by holding one of its regular meetings at Exion 27 and the launch of the sub regional economic strategy (subRES) in 2005. Later lobbying of the local authority removed the restriction shortly after.

There is also strong interest in the upper floors totalling 15,000 square feet.
