The development agreement commits Karis to build a new £30million sport and leisure centre plus 590 homes, 40% of which will be affordable. Detailed briefs for each aspect of the development have been drawn up in partnership with the Council and in consultation with groups and organisations across the city and form part of the agreement. A full planning application for the site will be submitted in June next year, when the public will be able to see and comment on the detailed design.
