University of Brighton Creative and Cultural Industries Business Development Manager From £32,364 to £34,758 (pro rata for part time) Could you assist our creative and cultural resources work more effectively with business?
As part of the Third Stream funding provided by the Higher Education Innovation Fund (HEIF) initiative, we wish to appoint a Business Development Manager for Creative and Cultural Industries to develop established work in this sector. With a focus on the Faculty of Arts and Architecture, the post will support the Head of Business Services in the delivery of knowledge transfer activities: consulting, research, professional development, start-ups and business development built on our institutional knowledge and skill base.
In addition to a sound understanding of the sector, you will have a successful track record of business development and project management. A knowledge of higher education is an advantage.
The post is initially fixed term for two years because funding from HEIF is limited to this period. This job is open to full-time and part-time applicants and days/hours of attendance can be discussed at interview. Previous applicants need not apply.
