Westergate House in East Brighton

East Brighton industrial site to become green business centre

A £2million energy efficiency project has enabled the transformation of the industrial site at Westergate House, on Moulsecoomb Way, into a green business centre. This represents a first for Brighton and a first for the region.

Jointly funded by South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) and eb4U (east brighton for you), and formulated by the Brighton & Hove Regeneration Partnership in collaboration with Brighton & Hove City Council, the Westergate House project will be a benchmark in sustainability in the South East.
