The Area Investment Framework (AIF) consultation session on Regeneration and Transport held at Brighton University on 14th October overwhelmingly identified a major Park & Ride as a top priority for the city.
The consultation panel were divided into three groups and asked to identify ten priorities from a number of different strands of all relevant strategic documents for the Brighton & Hove and Adur AIF area.
They were then asked to vote individually on each of the priorities and a new Park & Ride was a clear winner.
Of the regeneration priorities ensuring the supply of affordable and flexible workspace was high on the list together with improved business support particularly for start-ups.
The results of all the consultation panels will now be collated and fed back to SEEDA.
