Brighton University Innovations Survey - Win champagne
Wired Sussex has launched a survey to investigate sources of innovation in the Brighton and Hove new media sector. The results of the survey will provide valuable information on what make Brighton a key centre for new media business and there are five bottles of champagne to be won.
The survey questionnaire is online at http://interact.bton.ac.uk/newmedia/ and will stay live until the end of August. Initial results are due in November.
The aim is to give all stakeholders - policy makers, businesses and support agencies - insights into why Brighton and Hove is a preferred location for new media businesses. The survey will help stakeholders to respond effectively to the challenges ahead in supporting and developing the new media business cluster in the City. There is also the opportunity to compare Brighton and Hove with other high-technology clusters in the UK (e.g. Oxford) and in Europe (e.g. Munich; Milan; Sophia Antipolis, France) and learn from their experience.
The survey is supported by Wired Sussex, South East England Development Agency (SEEDA), Brighton and Hove City Council and the Department of Trade and Industry.
