Our Community Mentoring Programme will help you develop your skills whilst supporting someone develop theirs. We have revised our mentoring programme as a result of previous participants’ feedback. Working in partnership with BCP Associates who all have extensive skills in working with people, leadership and management, mentoring and coaching.
Participants now receive 3 half days training covering areas including communication, setting goals and objectives, giving critical feedback. Matching will be undertaken within a facilitated group setting.
There will be ongoing support throughout the programme so that participants can continue to develop their learning through a peer mentoring group meetings and online support for up to 6 months.
There will also be 6 monthly celebration and awards events for mentors and mentees.
Dates for the next programme of training Brighton & Hove are14/21/28th July with the follow-up matching date to be confirmed.
We are really pleased to be able to offer this programme at such great value. This is only possible because BCP Associates provide their time at reduced rates as part of their contribution to BCP’s Skills Exchange programme. Fees include training, facilitated matching and ongoing support for 6 months.
We have a number of bursaries available for small organisations who can demonstrate they do not have the resources to fund the full costs.
