The British Association for Supported Employment (BASE)is holding its annual conference and AGM in Brighton's Holiday Inn on 8 and 9 September 2010.
BASE is the national voice for supported employment in Britain. Its aim is to promote supported employment as the most effective and direct route to open paid employment for people with disabilities or who are subject to any other economic disadvantage.
This event will offer a range of workshops from learning disability employment strategy to supply chain management.
Confirmed guest speakers include Sally Burton from the Shaw Trust, Rachel Perkins, author of Perkins Review: Realising Ambitions and Richard Johnson from Serco Welfare to Work.
