The Eco-innovation Workshop

Date: 15 April 2010 - Time: 1pm - 6pm Including 1 hr for networking

There are growing market opportunities for companies that are developing, or have developed innovative environmental products and technologies. This free event will help start-ups, inventors and existing companies to answer the many questions arising from such opportunities.

There are many challenges in moving good ideas through prototyping, research & development to demonstration and commercialisation. This leaves many start-ups, inventors and existing companies left scratching their heads for answers.

  • Where is information on funding available?
  • Where can good market intelligence be found?
  • How can my product or technology be protected?
  • What are the manufacturing implications of developing my product or technology?
  • What marketing aspects should be considered?

The Eco-innovation Workshop will attempt to tackle the above and other questions through a series of practical presentations and discussions. It is particularly aimed at companies with less than 250 employees based in the South-East of England that produce low carbon, resource and water efficient products/ technologies.

There will be a panel led discussion, opportunity to network, and interesting guest speakers – and all for free.
