1 Day Course – FREE Innovation and managing change is a prerequisite for successful businesses. Have you the skill and knowledge to restructure your business in an effective and coherent manner? Do you manage the performance of your team and maximise their contribution?

Course Description: This is a one day development workshop specifically designed to provide business owners and team managers with the skill and knowledge to effect structural change, to make those difficult decisions operating within existing employee legislation, and to effectively manage their teams.

Its purpose is to offer commercial practical advice that is targeted at improving financial performance both in terms of revenue and profit. Overview This ‘hands on’ workshop is designed to engage and inform all participants on a subject that can have major ramifications for a business.

Course presenters are from the practical world of industry/commerce, and will bring this critical subject to life! Jonathan Moffat is a proven HR professional; with many years of industry experience across various service sectors and is successfully running his own HR consultancy. Graham Naylor is a Retail, Hospitality and Leisure specialist, with a wealth of expertise and experience gained within organisations such as Sainsbury’s, Superdrug and Selfridges.
