Course Description: This workshop is specifically designed to give business owners and team managers the knowledge, skill and confidence to operate effectively within existing employee legislation and to be clear on effective recruitment and retention processes. Its purpose is to offer commercial practical advice that is targeted at improving financial performance both in terms of revenue and profit.

Graham Naylor is a Retail, Hospitality and Leisure specialist, with a wealth of expertise and experience gained within organisations such as Sainsbury’s, Superdrug and Selfridges.
