LEADER (Brighton & Hove) present an opportunity for all employers, large and small, to discuss best practice in staff motivation and retention; a key issue in this financial climate where none of us can afford to lose skilled, talented staff.
The seminar will feature a case study from Brighton & Hove City Council (BHCC) who are currently rated 3rd in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index of lesbian, gay and bi-friendly employers.
You will receive a presentation from the BHCC Equalities & Inclusion lead with the opportunity to ask questions and then in participative break-out sessions we will explore how all of us as employers can develop best practice in staff motivation and retention.
This workshop is provided FREE for existing LEADER members OR at a cost of £15 for businesses employing over 10 members of staff or £5 for those employing less than 10 members of staff.
