Green Wave Eco Festival 2009

Sustainability concerns have never been more important for business.

We would like you to be involved in Green Wave 2009…

Environmental Footprint
Leading companies are constantly looking at new and innovative ways to reduce their overall environmental footprint, or even that of their supply chain or customers.

Increasingly companies are also demonstrating that low carbon, environmentally sustainable business strategies can also work commercially. Together these efforts are vital for Britain to play its part in moving towards a global green economy.

How Green Wave can Help
These advances are becoming visible in all aspects of corporate activity - but how do you get your message across to the general public?

Green Wave 2008 was a great success: click here to read about it. Now organisers of the Green Wave Eco Festival are already planning to cater for increased demand from businesses and other organisations wanting to participate in this fun but educational event for 2009.

The Festival will be free entry and will be extensively marketed throughout Sussex, Surrey, Kent - and London with its excellent rail links. It will attract residents and day visitors from neighbouring counties to experience a very affordable fun day out with an ecological slant, and will provide organisations with a high profile and professionally organised showcasing opportunity.

Sponsorship Opportunities

In 2008 – the first year of the Green Wave festival – it was supported by several ethical local companies and sponsored by various projects/departments of Brighton and Hove City Council, New Era Associates and the Brighton and Hove Business Forum.

Further sponsorship is being sought for 2009 to facilitate its expansion within Preston Park combined with improved display facilities for participants, and to enable it to become a free event for the public, thereby attracting a wider audience.
